Themed Events
	Next to phenomenal food, nothing provides a more lasting memory of your event than centering on a fun, interesting theme. Whether it's a construction theme for a new project or business expansion, Luau in December (or anytime!) or the Oscars, let us tell you some of the themes we've done, and help plan one especially for you.
Company or Church Cookouts
	We can accommodate up to 5000 people. Whether it's burgers, brats, and hot dogs, a whole roasted pig, or anything in between, half the fun is the smells of the smoke as we cook for you. Ask about our church discounts.
Interactive Cooking
	Too many cooks spoil the broth, but a well rounded group, ready to try something new is a different story entirely. Great for a party in your home, we'll plan with you and evening and menu that will be unforgettable. Whether heavy hors d'oeuvres, or a full 4 course dinner, one or more of our chefs will actively involve your guests in the preparation, presentation, and service of the menu items prepared. Be sure to take pictures - this one is a lot of fun! Also good for company team building exercises
Music, Photos, Flowers, Specialty Equipment, etc.
	We will gladly recommend professionals in the fields mentioned, or if you prefer, make the arrangements for you.
Staffing and Labor Guidelines
	The success of any event is largely due to adequate, quality staffing. Your caterer should be able to provide you with a staff you'd be happy to have in your home. Our cordial, professional service staff are efficient without being intrusive, and many of our regular clients request their favorite servers again and again. Staffing requirements are as follows:
		Buffet style with disposable serviceware	1 server per 40 guests
		Buffet style with china	1 server per 25 guests
			1 busser per 50 guests
		Plated dinners with china	1 server per 16 guests
			1 busser per 40 guests
			4 kitchen staff per 100 guests
Staff Attire
	Standard dress for servers and bartenders consists of: tuxedo shirt, bow tie, black dress pants or skirt, and black shoes. Casual attire for events such as picnics, cookouts, pool parties etc. consists of: Silber Spoons Catering logo golf shirt, khakis or other solid color non-denim pants or shorts, and white tennis shoes. Themed events: attire will suit the theme.
Staffing
	Labor charges with a 4 hour minimum charge are as follows:
		Wait Staff	$16 per hour
		Bartender	$18 per hour
		Busser	$12 per hour
		Chef	$20 per hour
